What are the health benefits of Reishi?

Aside from immune health, it is also an adaptogen, meaning it supports the body's stress response by helping it “adapt” to everyday stressors and restore balance within the body. There are over 3,000 published studies on the healing powder of Ganoderma/Reishi, which can be found, here.
What about sourcing?

Organo™ sources the most bioavailable form of Ganoderma and infuses it into a variety of drinks and nutraceuticals. Most Reishi you’ll find available on the market is grown artificially in plastic bags and tubes and/or on myceliated grain. Organo™ is certified to be 100% Organic and is grown on real tree logs in the Wagyu Mountains of Asia, as nature intended. Their controls are strict, cultivation process is patented, and manufacturing practices are certified. Organo™ also sources premium coffee that is tested to be free of mold/mycotoxins.
What if I'm sensitive to caffeine?

Start slow with 1/4 packet and gradually increase from there as tolerated. However, most people who are sensitive to caffeine do really well with Reishi in caffeinated beverages as it modulates the body's response to caffeine.

Which product should I choose?

KING: If someone is really wanting to reap the most health benefits of medicinal mushroom , I recommend choosing KING. It is organic and contains organic Reishi spores (which are the most powerfully healing part of the mushroom) However, Organo™ has other great products as well including their BLACK and ROYAL coffee, teas, hot chocolate, Mocha, etc. BLACK: a darker roast and contains organic Reishi fruiting body powder. If you want a highly affordable cup of healthy coffee and want to promote detox, this is your best option. The Black coffee is not organic but the mushrooms are.
